•  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or shop credit.

• Your item must be in perfect, unused condition. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Custom orders and discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

• All orders ship using USPS First-Class or Priority Mail.

• Items will ship within 5 business days of receiving payment.

• Original Brooks will not be responsible for missing or damaged items. If you would like to insure your order, please use Priority mail. 

• If an item arrives damaged, please hold onto original packaging and item to make a claim.

If needed, the cover of your book can be cleaned. Use a damp, soft cloth with mild soap and water.  Rub in circular motion, then wipe dry.

If a sticky residue collects on the cover, you can use a small amount of Goo Gone. Wipe clean after use.
